In Natura’s Kitchen we prepare a wide variety of farm fresh, organic dishes for take-away each day.  We offer specialty items for gluten-free, sugar-free, raw, vegetarian, and vegan diets. Our preparations contain only coconut oil, ghee or extra virgin olive oil.

You can choose from a wide selection of seasonal dishes and condiments, made fresh daily with organic ingredients. These include:

  • Quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth and/or teff tabouleh salads

  • Fresh fruit & veggie juices in season

  • Falafels (cooked in organic coconut oil)

  • Quiches made with organic eggs and vegetables

  • Gluten-free savory and sweet dishes

  • Sweetbreads

  • Marmalades

  • Disinfected lettuce, spinach, arugula and chard

  • Fermented foods such as sauerkraut, curtido and kvass

  • Lasagna

  • Savory dehydrated vegetable “chips” granola

  • Vegetarian sandwiches


Note: We thoroughly disinfect all raw ingredients in a 3-stage bath that uses colloidal silver, ozone and citric extract.
